Professional Community Staff
The Retreat West employs a professional management team, team members, and maintenance staff on site. Every member of our team is readily available and happy to answer any questions you may have and provide any assistance required by you or your student. If something stops working in your student’s Orlando apartment, or your student has a question about the community, they can contact us or submit a maintenance request for prompt, friendly help. We also have a 24-hour emergency maintenance team for speedy maintenance solutions any time of day or night.
Multiple Floor Plan Options
When it comes to traditional student housing, students don’t typically have choices with regard to the size and living arrangement available to them. But when students live at The Retreat West, they can choose from several options for apartment layout. Whether your student prefers to keep things minimal with just one or two roommates, or they would rather incorporate more sociability into their student living experience with several housemates, we have a layout that’s perfect for them! Residents can choose from two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom apartments, five-bedroom apartments, and six-bedroom apartments for their preferred option of furnished apartments in Orlando, FL.
Individual Housing Contracts
For students, sharing a UCF apartment with a roommate can be an excellent experience. However, you don’t necessarily want your student’s finances to tangle with their roommates. That’s why our apartments by UCF come with individual housing contracts. Individual housing contracts help reduce financial liability issues among roommates. That means if one roommate fails to submit their monthly installments on time or breaks their housing contract, no other roommate will be held accountable.
